The problem

The information existed.
It just wasn't in one place.

Four sources, four formats. The newest change was always the one nobody saw.

Printed weekly

The roster on the wall

Out of date the moment someone calls in sick.

Emailed nightly

The airport's schedule

The authority on what flies — downloaded by hand.

Posted ad hoc

The LINE group

Bay changes at 02:00, scrolled away by morning.

Airborne

The aircraft itself

Late, diverted or another tail. It outranks the rest.

The app

Eighteen screens.
You'll use three a day.

Every picture here is the running app, on its built-in demo with invented people.

On your phone

Most of the station runs it from a phone.

Your own four tabs under your thumb — and the same live data as the office TV.

The Board on a phone: today's movements with stand, times and crew, and the tab bar at the bottom
BoardEvery movement, its stand and its crew.
The station log fill-in sheet: bay, crew, block times, fluids taken from the store and the equipment used
LogBay, crew, fluids and equipment — filled in after the flight.
The Store's KL tab: the station's own fluids on the shelf, with Spares and Tools tabs beside
StoreCheck the shelf before the walk.
A shared toolbox drawn tray by tray, with the missing screwdriver shown red in its own pocket
Tool ControlA missing tool shows red, in its own pocket.
The handling guide for Singapore Airlines with its transit checklist
GuidesEach airline's checklist, ticked as you go.
The Cars page: an expired document, a weekly check not done and a road tax coming due
CarsNothing expires unnoticed.
The Briefing: today's digest of who is away, what has expired and what is due
BriefingThe day's digest and the station's news.
On the office PC and the TV

The whole picture, on the big screen.

The Board on the office screen: today's arrivals and departures with stands, times, aircraft and crew, and the conflict alerts above

Updates

What changed, week by week.

Every change goes straight to the station. Newest first — every station reads the same page.

How it's built

Three sources. One board.
An order that never bends.

The hard part was never showing flights. It was deciding, field by field, which source is right — and showing why.

Tier 1

The weekly roster

The station's own plan: who works what, and days off.

Weekly
Tier 2

The airport's daily schedule

Decides what operates. A flight missing from it is not flying, and its crew is released.

Nightly
Tier 3

The aircraft, live

Real times, tails, stands, delays and diversions — every five minutes around a movement.

5 min
Override

A human on the apron

A manual edit wins, and stays won until it is cleared.

Instant
Local first

It works with the internet down

Every device holds the full picture. Edits wait offline and merge when the line returns.

Server-enforced

Permissions are not decoration

Who may sign, approve or publish is decided by the database — not by a hidden button.

Always awake

A Raspberry Pi keeps watch

An always-on device in the office catches every change, day and night, and raises the alert.

Where it stands

Fourteen weeks, and it runs the station.

0
Lines of code

One codebase for all of it.

0
Modules live

Each one replaced paper, a sheet or a chat.

0
Releases

Each one straight to the station.

0
Days building

Since 8 July 2026, beside a full shift pattern.

The mark is two chocks

Phuket is one station.
The problem isn't.

Nothing in it is specific to Phuket except the data. Every station juggles the same four sources and files the same forms. It was built at HKT because that is where the problem stood — and built to move.
